The ONCIX Education, Training, & Outreach section establishes standards for the continuing education and training of the counterintelligence work force. In this capacity, it oversees the National Counterintelligence Institute, a virtual community center whose mission is the maintenance of a vibrant, rigorously trained professional cadre. The Institute works closely with the National Intelligence University that manages and implements standards for training and education across the Intelligence Community. The Institute will conduct annual peer evaluations against consistent Community standards as they are developed.
