national counterintelligence strategy of the united states, 2008
In January 2009, President George W. Bush approved the second National
Counterintelligence Strategy of the United States. The National
Counterintelligence Executive made minor adjustments of emphasis in the
discussion of the objectives, in particular regarding cyber counterintelligence
and supply chain risk. The counterintelligence community will continue
to implement these objectives and build on the progress achieved in 2007.
